Cicely McDonald is originally from Pompano Beach, FL, and lives in Jacksonville now. She is a mother of two, a retired Navy Chief, an author, a businesswoman, and a dedicated servant to the community. As the founder of God’s Promises Outreach Ministry Inc., she leads the mission to uplift and empower individuals and families facing hardships by providing essential services and resources.
